PAYMENT
By accessing this website and placing your order with us, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. You agree that the email address supplied may be used as a method of communicating with you.
We accept payment via a secure payment gateway, PayFast.

LEAD TIME
There will also be a lead time on the items of 7 working days as the item is made to order.

DELIVERY
R85 shipping fee for orders below R1000.
Standard delivery (South Africa) – 7 to 10 working days R90 (Outlying areas subject to surcharge).
Shipping to other countries – to be confirmed via email upon receipt of your order confirmation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To log a return, you can contact us at info@bluewillowboutique.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Purchased items may be returned or exchanged, provided that:
The item is returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
The item must be in its original packaging and is returned unused and undamaged.
The receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
The customer understands that the cost of returning item/s to Blue Willow Boutique will be the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
Regrettably, any personalised items are not eligible for a refund or return.

EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your item, or have ordered the incorrect size, we would love to exchange your item and ensure you are fully satisfied. Please email us at info@bluewillowboutique.co.za to assess your request and send your further instruction.

REFUNDS 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
